Why Morning Light Mamas?
My passion is to help moms feel vibrant, healthy and full of energy! One of the best ways to do this is to align your activities with your body's circadian rhythm - which starts with the morning light.
God has created us to thrive in nature with the sun and eating real foods. Our bodies can endure for a time when we ignore its cues and pleas for help. We can try to overcompensate with caffeine or pills, but ignoring how we were made to live causes a great amount of stress. Eventually, like a bone with too much stress applied in the wrong way, it breaks.
I truly LOVE supporting moms in optimizing their health BEFORE the health issues begin as well as supporting moms that are ALREADY struggling with health concerns.

As a health coach, I am constantly promoting building muscle. I believe muscle is the organ of longevity and can dramatically improve your quality of life!
I am also trying to practice what I preach! I’ve recently begun weight lifting and I have never felt better or stronger! With my autoimmune conditions, building muscle can be challenging.. good thing we are built for challenges though :)
