I absolutely love my children 💕 but for years I felt drained, stuck in survival mode, and desperate for more energy. I stayed up too late, snacked, and scrolled my phone, only to wake up exhausted and scrambling through the mornings. Deep down, I knew I wanted to feel present with my family and have the energy to enjoy life again.
Everything changed when I started syncing my habits with my natural circadian rhythm 🌞. Now I wake up naturally, enjoy a quiet moment with my goats 🐐, and greet my family with genuine energy and joy.
The other game changer has been weight training 💪. Lifting has been crucial for both my physical and mental health and has eased the ups and downs of perimenopause. It has given me strength, confidence, and resilience I never imagined possible.
These two shifts: restoring my rhythm and building my strength have transformed the way I live, mother, and show up in the world. And now I help women create the same kind of change through small, sustainable habits. 🌿✨
