Are you new to coaching and want to know what to expect?
Our free “meet the coach” session is 2o minutes on the phone. This is the opportunity for us to decide if we would be a good fit. I have a unique coaching style and you may not feel like it’s the right fit for your personality, and that’s ok. We will discuss what coaching is and is not. If we feel like my skills and your goals match, then we talk about next steps.

Our first session usually includes creating a wellness vision, a clear picture of what you hope to accomplish. We will set long-term goals based on your hopes for health, fitness, or wellness.
All sessions are 55 minutes on the phone. No need to get out of your pajamas, but ideally you create an environment where you can focus and take notes.
Between sessions, I will check-in on your progress for goal accountability.
Each session will include:
celebration of wins (progress and efforts towards goals)
deciding and exploring a topic for the session
creating an action plan (set goals, evaluate barriers, incorporate strengths etc. (Highly recommend note taking for this!)
Depending on progress, need, motivation and desire, we determine how long to continue our coaching relationship. Typically, coaching lasts 3 months. At the end of 3 months, we reflect and acknowledge strengths, abilities and growth while solidifying a plan to maintain new desirable habits and behaviors.
