Did you know that celebrating your wins releases dopamine? This not only feels good, but it increases your chances that you will repeat this behavior. Some health behaviors can be hard to do or be consistent with, those are the ones that it can be especially helpful to celebrate.

How do you like to track your success?
I like to write my goals in notes with an emoji for the number of times I would like to accomplish that goal per week. As I perform the behavior, I remove the emoji and check the circle for the extra reward once I have completed them for the week :)
